  • Legal Obligation – regulations required by Thai and Czech law (e.g., Accounting Act, VAT Act, Archiving and Records Management Act).
  • Legitimate Interest – We always carefully assess the existence of legitimate interests (e.g., enforcement of unpaid debts, provision of evidence for the need to defend CZECH THAI CO., LTD.'s rights).
  • Direct Marketing (sending information about job offers or other commercial communications).
  • Consent of Job Applicants for personal data processing to facilitate employment placement.
  • Personal data may also be used to improve our services, including analyzing website user behavior to ensure optimal functionality.

After the legal basis is lost, we delete the relevant personal data.

7. Personal Data Security Conditions 

  1. Prohlašujeme, že jsme přijali veškerá vhodná technická a organizační opatření k zabezpečení osobních údajů. Přijali jsme technická opatření k zabezpečení datových úložišť a úložišť osobních údajů v listinné podobě.
  2. K osobním údajům mají přístup pouze námi pověřené osoby.
